is to interview you and your management team.
This is done to obtain a comprehensive
understanding of your business model, the
problems you are facing, your target customers,
your marketing needs, and your marketing budget
for the next 12-months.
- Our third step
is to analyze your business, review your current
marketing program (if you have one), research
your target market and research your
competition. We do this to determine the most
effective marketing strategies to successfully
market your product or service.
- Our next step
is to prepare a strategic marketing program for
your company. This valuable document includes:
- A
review of your business model, your
product or service, and the marketplace
you wish to serve.
- A
review of your current marketing program
(if you have one in place) and how your
current marketing can be improved to
produce better results.
- Our
recommended marketing strategy plan
based on our analyses of your business,
competition, and target market(s).
- A
marketing implementation timeline that
lists the sequence for implementing your
marketing program.
- Once we
have developed your strategic marketing
program, we then move into Phase II. In
Phase II we create all of your marketing
materials such as your logo, slogan,
stationery, brochures, website, press
releases, display advertising, sales
letters, direct mail, Internet advertising,
sales scripts, etc.
- Once your
marketing materials have been created, we
then enter Phase III, which is to implement
and monitor your marketing program.
